3. Digital Photo ID System
Every educator has a verified digital ID that is visible to centres before each booking. Every educator has a verified digital ID that is available to the centre before each booking. EarlyCare Connect verifies WWCC status through the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian employer system and maintains appropriate compliance records.

5. Mandatory Reporting & Reportable Conduct
All educators placed by EarlyCare Connect understand their mandatory reporting obligations under NSW law. Any concerns regarding the safety or wellbeing of a child are escalated immediately to the relevant authorities and centre management.
