These Terms of Business outline the rights and responsibilities of centres, educators, and EarlyCare Connect when using our platform and services.
1. Service Agreement
EarlyCare Connect connects qualified educators with childcare centres for casual ongoing staffing needs. We act as an intermediary platform only
2. Booking & Engagement

Bookings are confirmed via our platform

Cancellations require minimum 24 hours' notice unless otherwise agreed

Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement educator if required
3. Payments Terms

Invoices are issued to centres for services provided

Payment is due within 7-14 days of invoice

Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Responsibilities
Centres agree to:

Provide accurate shift details

Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Treat educators with respect
Educators agree to:

Hold current WWCC and qualifications

Arrive on time and prepared

Follow centre policies and procedures
5. Limitations
EarlyCare Connect acts as an intermediary platform.
We are not an employer of educators or centres and are not liable for actions between parties
6. Change of Terms
We may update these Terms of Business from time to time.
Continued use of our platform means you accept any changes.
