Terms of Business
Clear terms, professional service and stronger partnerships
These Terms of Business provide a summary of how EarlyCare Connect works with centres and educators. They are provided for general information the specific terms that apply to each engagement are set out in our signed Services Agreement with each centre.
1. Service Agreement
EarlyCare Connect employs qualified casual educators and places them with childcare centres and preschools to meet their staffing needs. As the employer of our educators, we manage their pay, entitlements, and compliance, while centres direct the day-to-day work during each placement.
2. Booking & Engagement

Bookings are confirmed via our platform

Cancellations require a minimum of 3 hours' notice unless otherwise agreed

Late cancellations may incur a fee

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement educator if required
3. Payments Terms

Invoices are issued to centres for services provided

Payment is due within 7-14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed

Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Responsibilities​​

Provide accurate shift details

Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Treat educators with respect
Educators agree to:​​

Hold current WWCC and qualifications

Arrive on time and prepared

Follow centre policies and procedures
5. Limitations
​
EarlyCare Connect takes reasonable care in selecting and placing educators, and maintains appropriate insurances for our services. Our liability is limited as set out in our Services Agreement with each centre.​
6. Change of Terms
​
We may update these Terms of Business from time to time. Continued use of our platform means you accept any changes.
